Under "Building HDGeant", shouldn't we always create the geometry from the xml or do we do that already? Or does it take too long?

using a pre-built version

I think we should have instruction for using one of the pre-built versions of the hdgeant/jana. That really lowers the threshold for getting started. Once a user has that established, the user can make a custom version of just the parts that need customization.

Under "Building HDGeant", shouldn't we always create the geometry from the xml or do we do that already? Or does it take too long?
