Attendees: Bill, Sasha, Arshak, Jon, Axel, Susan, Igal, Liping, Jane, Olga, Azizah, S.T.

• Simon reported that he has pushed a new version of the island algorithm to github
• All available crystals have been wrapped
• Sasha working on getting detector support group to work on gluing light guides
• Olga brought jigs for making silicon cookies
  • Need to produce a few hundred more cookies but currently no time pressure (have enough for next 4 weeks)
• Running short of brass assemblies (still have some QA issues -- some assemblies have fallen apart due to temperature control problems)
• 50 crystal PR pending
• Expect 100 new PMTs to arrive soon
• Number of fabricated modules up to 944 as of meeting (should be able to finish fabrication of all available crystals by end of students' stay)
• Arshak working on full-size plexiglas prototype for LMS
  • Surface partially covered with Gortex, maybe use reflective paint for the rest?
  • LED stability test ongoing (require stability at ~1% level)
