Announcements

Mark announced that the renewal of the equipment loan agreement with FSU is past due. Paul mentioned that a large fraction of the items have been returned, but that there are indeed a few items that need renewal.

Review of minutes from the last meeting

We went over the minutes from the meeting on December 1.

Gain Balancing

Beni reminded us that he adjusted voltage on all PMTs at the beginning of the PrimEx run to equalize gains.

Calibration

Beni reported that he has completed timing calibrations for both the PrimEx and SRC runs. The results have been entered into the CCDB.

Long-Term Detector Health

We looked over Matt Shepherd's email announcing a session at the February collaboration meeting on evaluating the status of Hall D hardware and electronics. We have just gone through an exercise of replacing PMTs identified as having reduced gain. That experience informs much of what we can say for maintaining the TOF into future years.

Paul will prepare a presentation.

TOF II Trigger

Mark reported that the new firmware for the TOF did not get a trial during the last run. Sascha Somov is doing test with it this week. Testing will have to be done without the beam.
