New Meeting Time
We decided to move the meeting time from 3:30 pm to 10:00 am. Same day of the week, every other Thursday.

=New SiPM pre-amp test
Werner sent the SiPM array FIU had previously tested back to Fernando Barbosa and Fernando outfitted it with his new pre-amp configuration and sent it back to Miami.
• tried out, lguth guide with fiber a bit worse than solid light guide • heard about Fernando's SiPM ∘ sent to Fernando ∘ sent back ∘ got everything set up yesterday • 350 ps, worst bar from plastic craft • butted against scintillator • array, no cooling • make small short light guide match to area • start characterizing performance of scintillator paddles ∘ surfaces do not look that nice ∘ surface important • fernando asked how many photo-electrons ∘ 25-35 10 inches away, in the middle • Tim has drawing • MOU stuck in legal, will be expedited • ESR material, five big sheets ∘ has two sides ‣ glue backing • puneet, working with Sascha with reconstruction
