- Brazing straps

- ESR shaping

- - Shaping in the oven (2 shaping tools exist, 30 min per cycle]
- Tedlar cutting
- - Tool exists
- - Time per module - 15 min
- Crystal wrapping
- - Tool exists
- - Time per module - 20 min
- Preparation of silicon cookie
- - Tool in preparation
- - Mix RTV
- - Pour to the gluing fixture
- - wait 1 day to set, move to the oven for several hours
- - Time: 2-3 days per 30 cookies
- Module fabrication
- - Time per module: 30 min
