- lots of individual setups, would be nice to minimize number of versions
- same crate should stick with save version of firmware
- FCAL DAQ ready for new firmware
- BCAL DAQ NOT ready for new firmware

- detector nearly 100% working
BCAL Update
- EPICS change last week, now working, new GUIs working for HV and controls
- DAQ not working last week, possibly working now?
- conductive sleeves removed, HV on all up and down
- 3 broken RTDs, 2 cable problems, 2 modules
