• Mix RTV 615 compound (A) and the hardener (B) with the ratio of 10:1 (by weight). Mix about 20 g of the compound to prepare 36 cookies (one fixture), use scales. Working time is about 4 hours.
• After mixing, place the compound to the vacuum chamber for about 1 hour to remove bubbles
• Place the compound to the circular optical holder. Use a cyringe to pour the compound to the dish, one cookie requires about 0.5 ml of the compound.
• The curing time is about 2 days at room temperature or 1 hour at 100 dec C.
