2. Installation complete!
   • North OB water leak: initial rate, after 1 week, after 2 weeks
   • North OB LED test: before water fill, after water fill
   • South Mirror box: assembly and installation, potential mirror issues and remedies
   • South OB LED test: before water fill, after water fill
   • Comparison of LED occupancy with and without water filled (Bill)
   • FPGA temperatures in EPICS and now give an alarm if they exceed 60 C.
   • DIRC moved to beam position
   • Surveys are complete: initial values consistent with Spring 2019 surveys
3. Readout/DAQ tests and issues (Justin, Bill, All)
   • Missing pixel and appearance of dummy pixels
   • Poor livetime when EPICs IOC is running at 100% CPU usage, crate controller CPU replaced (with 8 cores) problem resolved
   • Missing module due to HV connector failure. Swapped to a spare connector and resolved
   • Max LV terminal output during pedestal calibration, further evaluation, and successful calibration run today

5. Fall 2019 Run Plan (All)
   • Plan for informal DIRC meetings at 10 am on Tuesday/Thursday during the run (Dec 3-19):
     • The goal is to update those outside JLab about progress and coordinate analysis work.
   • GEM/TRD setup before installation
   • Installed GEM/TRD position and plane labeling
6. Spring 2019 DIRC Commissioning Analysis (All)
   • Merged ROOT TTrees: /volatile/halld/home/jrsteven/RunPeriod-2019-01/recon/analysis_REST/ver01_pass00/merged/
   • Existing simulation samples (10M events of ρ and φ samples): producing ROOT TTrees now with additional information on truth-level extrapolated tracks.
     • /volatile/halld/home/gxproj7/dircsim-2019_01-ver00/gen_2pi/
     • /volatile/halld/home/gxproj7/dircsim-2019_01-ver00/gen_2k/
   • New simulation samples (100M events each): various job failures that Justin is still tracking down:
     • Samples for both Spring 2019 (commissioning) and Fall 2019 (borosilicate mirrors) will be produced
