Cart#7 F223947 Hicube 300 classic sn# 15903419. The backing pump is a MVP 070 sn# 15903419. HiPace 300 Turbo F224746 SN 15825940 Location: Tagger Goni Annually, wipe down the exterior of the Turbo pump, backing pump and cart. inspect and replace oil cartridge 4 years 10,000 hours (14 months), Disassemble and inspect diaphragms and valves. Replacement part package number is PU E22 014-T. Checked on 1/10/2017 11,492 hrs on Turbopump Cart removed from service due to bad turbo on 9/18/2018.Awaiting parts for refurbish. Loaner cart F223447 provided from vacuum group. HiPace 300 turbo F224746 serial # 15625940 rebuilt from Pheiffer 2/1/2019. MVP 070-3 diaphragms and seals for backing pump replaced and tested. 4/22/19. 22,639 Hrs. Backing pump should be serviced again at 42,600 8/9/2021 visual ispection of pump with no action required at this time. 5/3/2022 Turbo reconditioned by Pfeiffer and backing pump diaphragms and seals replaced at Jlab. To be replaced again as maintenance in 2 years.
