Pfeiffer Model DUO 10M F224161 Serial# 22016984 Check oil level, change if dirty. Inspect and clean exterior of pump. Operate for 1 hour and record ultimate vacuum pressure. Pressure on 02-03-16 after 15mins= 2.01 mTorr. Spare pump ,located in Hall D tagger at east wall turbo cart. Moved to TED-F for future service. 10-30-24
