Verify with Hall Work Coordinator that the FDC Chiller can be off line while Filter change out is done. Stopping flow of Chilled Water will shut Chiller down. Contact Lubomir-Ext.-5470 1-Turn off FDC Chiller and unplug from outlet. 2-Isolate Supply/Return Ball Valves from Chiller Manifold. 3-Release pressure from Filter by depressing Red Button on top of Housing. 4-Remove Cushion Clamp from Filter Housing. 5-Carfully Unscrew Housing and lower away from Filter. 6-Hold Filter and twist as you lower to break seal. 7-Install new Filter and verify that it is fully seated onto housing. 8-Install Housing over New Filter and Tighten 1/2 to 3/4 turn after O-ring makes contact. 9-Open Supply Ball Valve to Chiller Manifold. 10-Depress Red Button till all air is "Burped off". 11-Open Return Ball Valve to Chiller Manifold. 12- Plug Chiller back in and Switch on. 13-Verify Chiller is cooling back to the 20C set point. 14-Clean exterior cabinet. 15-Replacement Filtrine Filter #46.0535
